RIO DE JESUS
Rio de Jesus is a town and also a district very rich in culture, with friendly and persevering people, dedicated mainly to livestock and agriculture.
Among the most important activities, that attract the tourists of Panama, are the Three Kings on January 6, with rides and food sales, The Passion of Christ live, play represented by people from the community, the Virgin of Carmen and Mi Ranchito (My Little Shack) Festival in November, as part of the National Festivities.
At short distance from Rio de Jesus is one of the accesses to the San Pablo River, which flows into the Gulf of Montijo.
This access, located in Puerto Cabimo, can be reached by a road that now is paved and in appropriate conditions for the transit of all type of vehicles throughout the year.
